Phoebe Roberts
Phoebe Roberts is a Senior Associate in MinterEllison’s market leading Climate Risk Governance Team. Phoebe is an expert on contractual climate risk allocation and the implementation of decarbonisation strategies in the built environment. With her background advising on the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects both in Australia and the UK, Phoebe brings a specialist understanding of the legal and commercial complexities of project delivery to climate risk advisory.

Phoebe is the Director of Implementation and co-Lead APAC at The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP), a global collaboration of thousands of lawyers mobilising the legal profession to re wire contracts to tackle climate change. In 2022, Phoebe is leading TCLP’s Built Environment workstream.
